On Friday June 22nd STPD Officers handled 37 incidents, investigated 5 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 2 alarms.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Underage drinking-Concord Rd at Mt Zion Rd

At 0209 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on Concord Rd.  The driver of the vehicle was under 21 and in possession of an alcoholic beverage.  Charges to be filed.

Retail theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St

At 1333 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for a female in custody for retail theft.  An employee advised the female had taken $206 worth of merchandise without paying.  She was released with charges to be filed.

Theft from a vehicle-Galleria Mall, 2899 Whiteford Rd

At 1353 hours an Officer responded to the parking lot of the Galleria Mall for a theft report.  A witness observed several subjects walking through the parking lot attempting to enter vehicles.  The subjects left prior to police arrival.

Theft-300 block of Pinehurst Rd

At 1508 hours an Officer responded to a residence on Pinehurst Rd for a theft report.  The victim advised a check was stolen from her mailbox.

Retail theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St

At 1542 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for a juvenile female in custody for retail theft.  An employee advised the female had taken $25 worth of merchandise without paying.  She was cited and released to a guardian.

Theft from a vehicle-Firestone, 180 Northern Way

At 1622 hours an Officer responded to Firestone for a theft report.  The victim advised change was taken from his truck while it was parked.

PFA violation-200 block of S Russell St

At 1857 hours an Officer responded to a residence on S Russell St for a PFA violation.  The victim advised a subject showed up at her residence in violation of a PFA Order.  The subject was located nearby and he was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking where he was charged.
