On Tuesday June 12th STPD Officers handled 30 incidents, investigated 1 motor vehicle accident, and responded to 1 alarm. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
Curfew violations-Walmart, 2801 E Market St
At 0029 hours an Officer located two juveniles at Walmart without guardians. They were identified, released to an adult, and will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel.
Theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St
At 0915 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for a theft report. The victim advised his cell phone was stolen after he set it down at the customer service counter. Video surveillance was reviewed and some suspect information was obtained. The investigation is ongoing.
Theft-Cropthorne Ln
At 1654 hours an Officer responded to a residence on Cropthorne Ln for the report of a theft of two bicycles. The victim advised the bicycles were taken off his porch.
