Crime Report for May 9th, 2018

On Wednesday May 9th STPD Officers handled 36 incidents, investigated 2 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 2 alarms.  Of those incidents the following crime was reported:

Forgery-York Traditions Bank, 2450 Eastern Blvd

At 1550 hours an Officer responded to York Traditions Bank for the report of two males attempting to cash fraudulent checks.  The males were still in the bank and taken into custody.  They were transported to Central Booking and charged with several offenses relating to theft by deception and forgery.
