On Sunday December 18th STPD Officers handled 24 incidents, investigated 2 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 3 burglar alarms.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Harassment-2400 block of E Market St

At 0203 hours an Officer was flagged down by a female who wanted to report she was just involved in a physical domestic with her boyfriend.  The boyfriend was subsequently taken into custody and transported to Central Booking for arraignment on the charge and service of an active warrant.

Retail theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St

At 1553 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for a retail theft where the suspect had fled.  An employee advised a female had taken $70 worth of merchandise and left the parking lot in a Honda sedan.  The tag number was obtained and the investigation is ongoing.

Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia-Eastern Blvd at Pinehurst Rd

At 1850 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Eastern Blvd.  Investigation revealed the occupants of the vehicle were in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  They were released with charges to be filed.

Possession of drug paraphernalia/overdose-Village East Apartments, 3400 Eastern Blvd

At 1928 hours Officers responded to the parking lot of the Village East Apartments for the report of a female who overdosed inside a vehicle.  Officers located drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle and were advised that the female had used heroin.  The female was given two doses of Narcan and she was transported to the hospital by EMS.  Charges will not be filed due to the drug overdose immunity law.
