STPD Narcan saves in the month of April 2016

In the month of April 2016 STPD Officers successfully administered Narcan to four persons who were unconscious due to suspected heroin overdoses.  Each of those persons were revived and transported to hospitals for further treatment.  They were two males and two females with an average age of 34 years old.
