Robbery at Santander Bank on Haines Road

On 12/15/15 at 1312 hrs. Springettsbury Township Police Department responded to Santander Bank, 1001 Haines Rd. York, PA. for the report of a robbery. Investigation revealed that an African American male entered the bank, presented a hand written note to the teller and demanded money. The teller provided an undisclosed amount of US currency to the actor and he exited the bank on foot. The subject is described as a middle aged African American male, medium build, approximately 5’7” tall wearing a light colored long sleeved button down shirt, dark colored pants and an orange ball cap style hat.
