On 5/12/2023, Springettsbury Township Police Officers executed a search warrant in the 900 block of Hickory Hill Ln. York, PA. Inside the residence officers located Vincent Schaffer. A preview of his electronic devices showed files of child pornography. Schaffer was transported to central booking and arraigned on charges of Sexual Abuse of Children.
