On Tuesday September 18th STPD Officers handled 36 incidents and responded to 3 alarms.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Harassment-Youth Development Center, Heindel Rd

At 1040 hours an Officer responded to YDC for the report of a staff member who was grabbed by a juvenile resident.  The juvenile was cited for harassment.

Bad checks-York Auto Group, Whiteford Rd

At 1520 hours an Officer took a report for bad checks that were presented at the York Auto Group in July.  The investigation is ongoing.

Criminal mischief-Red Robin, Mt Zion Rd

At 1619 hours an Officer met with the victim who reported her cell phone was damaged by a known subject at Red Robin.

DUI-Eastern Blvd

At 1807 hours an Officer responded to Eastern Blvd for the report of an erratic driver.  A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be intoxicated.  He was arrested for DUI and taken to Central Booking.  He refused a blood test and was taken to the hospital for a check up and was admitted.  Charges to be filed.

Fugitive from justice/False ID/Possession of marijuana-Cropthorne Ln

At 1848 hours Officers were on Cropthorne Ln and made contact with a male who was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.  The subject provided a false name and was later found to have a warrant in MD.  He was taken to Central Booking and charged.

Firearms offense-Stonybrook Shooting Supplies, E Market St

At 1930 hours an Officer began an investigation concerning a subject who provided inaccurate information when attempting to purchase a firearm in June.  The investigation is ongoing.
