On Thursday September 6th STPD Officers handled 17 incidents and investigated 3 motor vehicle accidents.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Disorderly Conduct-Central York High School, Mundis Mill Rd

At 1035 hours the School Resource Officer handled a report of two students who got into a physical altercation.  The investigation is ongoing.

The Brunswick at Longstown, Carol Rd

At 1520 hours an Officer responded to the Brunswick at Longstown for the report of stolen medication.  An employee advised the theft occurred within the past few weeks and the investigation is ongoing.

Retail theft-Walmart, E Market St

At 1603 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for a retail theft that just occurred.  An employee advised a male took $321 worth of merchandise without paying and fled when confronted.  Photos of the male were obtained and posted for identification assistance.

Harassment-Butterfly Commons Dr

At 1817 hours an Officer responded to the Butterfly Commons complex for the report of a subject that was struck by an unknown male.  A suspect was identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Theft-Candlewood Suites Hotel, N Hills Rd

At 1920 hours an Officer responded to the hotel and met with the victim who reported that cash was taken from his room within the past several days.  The investigation is ongoing.
