On Wednesday February 28th STPD Officers handled 30 incidents, investigated 5 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 3 alarms.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Terroristic threats-2000 block of Live Oak Ln

At 0124 hours an Officer met with the victim for a threats report.  Investigation revealed a subject had been sending the victim threatening messages and photos.  The subject was located nearby and he was arrested and taken to Central Booking.

Trespassing-Sheetz, 3998 E Market St

At 0128 hours an Officer responded to Sheetz for the report of two subjects being on the property who were previously banned from the store.  The subjects left prior to police arrival and charges will be filed.

Disorderly conduct-Central York High School, 601 Mundis Mill Rd

At 0810 the School Resource Officer handled a report of disorderly conduct at CYHS.  Staff advised a student caused a disturbance in a common area.  The student was identified and charges are pending further investigation.

Public drunkenness-Red Lobster, 2555 E Market St

At 0855 and Officer responded to Red Lobster for the report of a male passed out on the sidewalk.  The male was found to be highly intoxicated and he was transported to the hospital for medical attention.  A summary citation for public drunkenness will be filed.

Possession of drug paraphernalia-100 block of Sylvan Dr

At 1950 hours Officers responded to a residence on Sylvan Dr for an overdose.  Numerous items of drug paraphernalia were recovered from the home.  Charges will not be filed due to the drug overdose immunity law.
