On Sunday September 17th STPD Officers handled 32 incidents, investigated 3 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 1 burglar alarm. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
DUI-2800 block of Eastern Blvd
At 0053 hours an Officer observed a vehicle with moderate damage driving westbound in the eastbound lanes of Eastern Blvd. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be under the influence. She was arrested and taken to Central Booking for a blood test and processing. Charges pending BAC results.
Possession of marijuana/drug paraphernalia-Rt 30 at Shoehouse Rd
At 0219 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on Rt 30. The driver of the vehicle was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was released with charges to be filed.
Theft-Gabriel Brothers Plaza, 1226 Greensprings Dr
At 1213 hours an Officer responded to this location for the report of a theft of landscaping equipment. The victim advised numerous items were taken from his trailer while he was inside shopping.
