Daily Report for August 21st, 2017

On Monday August 21st STPD Officers handled 35 incidents and responded to 1 burglar alarm.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Hit and run-Walmart, 2801 E Market St

At 0912 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for the report of a hit and run that occurred in the parking lot.  The victim advised her vehicle had been struck while she was inside shopping.

Hit and run-Fisher Auto Parts, 1650 Whiteford Rd

At 1249 hours an Officer responded to Fisher Auto Parts for the report of a hit and run.  The victim advised her vehicle was struck while she was inside the business.

Possession of drug paraphernalia-E Market St at N Oxford St

At 1554 hours an Officer responded to this intersection for the report of a suspicious person.  Investigation revealed the female had a warrant for her arrest and she was in possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was taken to Central Booking for the warrant and charges will be filed.

Hit and run-Sam’s Club, 2801 E Market St

At 0912 hours an Officer responded to Sam’s Club for the report of a hit and run that occurred in the parking lot.  The victim advised her vehicle had been struck while she was inside shopping.
