On Sunday April 9th STPD Officers handled 24 incidents, investigated 2 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 2 burglar alarms. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
Theft from a vehicle-Hawk’s Club, 2486 Pleasant View Dr
At 0940 hours an Officer met with the victim for the report of a theft that occurred on 4/8/17 at the Hawk’s Club. The victim advised that someone entered his parked vehicle and removed a cell phone and two bottles of prescription medication.
Stolen vehicle-3300 block of Deininger Rd
At 2311 hours an Officer responded to a residence on Deininger Rd for the report of a stolen vehicle. The investigation revealed a known subject had taken the vehicle without permission. The vehicle was located in York City and charges are pending further investigation.
