On Tuesday February 28th STPD Officers handled 25 incidents and investigated 2 motor vehicle accidents.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Harassment-Central York Middle School, 1950 N Hills Rd

At 0745 hours the School Resource Officer handled a report of a fight between two students at the Central York Middle School.  The juveniles will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel.

Theft-2300 block of N Sherman St

At 1020 hours an Officer responded to a residence on N Sherman St for a theft report.  The victim advised a roommate had taken $3750 worth of his property when he moved out.  The investigation is ongoing.

Access device fraud-900 block of S Harlan St

At 1125 hours an Officer met with the victim for the report of unauthorized charges on her credit card.  The victim advised that $240 worth of purchases were made using her credit card information.

Access device fraud-4000 block of Wilshire Dr

At 1235 hours an Officer met with the victim for the report of an unauthorized charge on her bank card.  The victim advised a $983 purchase was made using her bank card information.

Possession of marijuana-Weis Markets, 2400 E Market St

At 1719 hours an Officer responded to Weis Markets for the report of an employee who was in possession of marijuana.  Investigation revealed that an employee dropped a bag of marijuana in the store when he arrived for his work shift.

Possession of drug paraphernalia-Rt 30 at N Hills Rd

At 2150 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on Rt 30.  The driver of the vehicle was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Charges to be filed.
