On Monday December 12th STPD Officers handled 23 incidents and investigated 5 motor vehicle accidents.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Theft-1800 block of Ridgewood Rd

At 1120 hours an Officer met with the victim for the report of a theft of a package.  The victim advised a USPS package was delivered to his residence but it was stolen off his porch.

Retail theft-Boscovs, 2899 Whiteford Rd

At 1119 hours an Officer responded to Boscovs for the report of a retail theft.  An employee advised a male had taken $800 worth of cologne and perfume without paying.  The male was last seen headed east through the parking lot.

Criminal mischief-Suburban Park Apartments

At 1310 an Officer responded to the Suburban Park Apts for the report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.  The victim advised her vehicle’s roof and trunk had been damaged within the past day.

Simple assault-Galleria Mall, 2899 Whiteford Rd

At 1404 hours an Officer responded to the parking lot of the Galleria Mall for the report of an altercation over a a vehicle leaving a parking space.  The victim provided the tag number of the other subject’s vehicle and the investigation is ongoing.

Access device fraud-Camelot Arms Apartments

At 1555 hours an Officer responded to the Camelot Arms Apts to meet the victim for an access device fraud report.  The victim advised someone had used his credit card information to make unauthorized purchases online.

Theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St

At 2111 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for the report of a theft.  The victim advised her cell phone was stolen while she was sitting on a bench in the front of the store.
