Daily Report for September 2nd, 2016

On Friday September 2nd STPD Officers handled 32 incidents and responded to 2 burglar alarms.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Public drunkenness-Turkey Hill, 3690 E Market St

At 0348 hours Officers responded to Turkey Hill for the report of a female who was passed out from being intoxicated.  Officers located the female and found that she was intoxicated and agitated.  She was cited for public drunkenness and released to a family member.

Identity theft-2700 block of Trout Run Rd

At 0919 hours the victim responded to the station to report an identity theft.  She advised that she received a credit card in the mail with her information however she never applied for it.  Contact was made with the issuer of the card who said someone had used the victim’s information to open an account.

Criminal mischief-500 block Mundis Mill Rd

At 1640 hours an Officer responded to a residence on Mundis Mill Rd for the report of a subject breaking things in the back yard.  A neighbor witnessed the incident and provided a description of the actor, who was located by police nearby.  Numerous items were damaged at the victim’s home and charges are pending further investigation.
