Daily Report-Wednesday May 11th, 2016

On Tuesday May 10th, 2016 STPD Officers responded to 37 incidents, investigated 3 crashes and responded to 3 alarms.  In addition, the following crimes were investigated.

Retail Theft-Kohl’s, 2600 Pleasant Valley Road

Police responded to Kohl’s for a retail theft report. On scene loss prevention advised that on 5/4/16 a female selected 2 electric toothbrushes valued at $519.98.

Retail Theft-Bon-Ton, 2899 Whiteford Road

On May 10, 2016 at approximately 1640 Police responded to Bon Ton, 2899 Whiteford Rd., for a report of a retail theft. Investigation revealed that a male subject stole a blue fleece vest valued at $48.49.

Theft-Harley Davidson, 1425 Eden Road

Police were called to Harley Davidson for a report of a theft of tools that occurred some time over the weekend. The victim was interviewed on scene with further follow up to be conducted later.

Stolen Auto-Galleria Mall, 2899 Whiteford Road

On May 10, 2016 at approximately 1702 hours Police were investigating above  retail theft at Bon Ton, 2899 Whiteford Rd. The victim advised that a subject matching the description of the retail theft suspect had stolen her vehicle. Incident is under further investigation.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

On May 10th 2016 at approximately 1851 hours Police were dispatched to Walmart for a retail theft. The investigation revealed a male and a female stole 16 items depriving Wal-Mart the full retail value of $128.39. Both subjects to be charged.

Criminal Mischief-670 Marlow Drive

On May 10, 2016 at approximately 2006 hours Police responded to 670 Marlow Dr. for a criminal mischief report. On arrival the victim  advised that an unknown vehicle drove through her yard.
