On Tuesday February 16th, 2016 STPD officers responded to 20 incidents, investigated 1 crash and responded to 3 alarms. In addition, the following crimes were investigated.
Hit and Run-2450 East Market Street
The victim stated that she was involved in a hit and run on Friday February 12, 2016. The victim stated that the incident occurred in the parking lot of Dollar General, 2450 East Market Street. The victim did not have any information on the vehicle that struck her vehicle.
Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street
On February 16th 2016 at approximately 1921 hours Police were dispatched to Walmart, 2801 E Market St York PA 17402, for a retail theft. The investigation revealed two females stole merchandise from Walmart. Both female subjects to be charged for retail theft.
Theft-Planet Fitness, 1246 Greensprings Drive
On February 16, 2016 at approximately 2002 hours Police responded to Planet Fitness, 1246 Greensprings Dr., for a theft report. On arrival, the victim advised police that someone stole his wallet out of his pants that were placed in a locker in the men’s locker room.
