On March 11th, 2021 The Springettsbury Township Police Department recognized officers past and present. The ceremony covered calendar years 2017-2019.
Lt. Tony Beam was recognized for his 25 years of service to the Springettsbury Township Police Department.
Cpl. Brian Alu was recognized for his retirement after serving 20 years with the Springettsbury Township Police Department. He retired in November of 2020.
Officer Thomas Wales was recognized for his retirement after serving 25 years with the Springettsbury Police Department. He retired January of 2021.
Lt. Brian Wilbur was recognized for his promotion to Lieutenant effective January 6th, 2020
Sgt. Justin Kinard was recognized for his promotion to Sergeant effective January 6th, 2020
Cpl. Cory Landis was recognized for his promotion to Corporal effective January 6th, 2020
Cpl. Dan Klinedinst was recognized for his promotion to Corporal effective November 2020.
Officers Clayton Himmelberger, Derek Reitz, and Dakota Fauver were all officially sworn in as members of the Springettsbury Township Police Department.
Officer Adam Farnsler was named the 2017 Springettsbury Township Police Officer of the Year.
Officer Brett Fishel was named the 2019 Springettsbury Township Police Officer of the Year.
