On Wednesday October 25th STPD Officers handled 35 incidents, investigated 4 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 1 burglar alarm.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Theft/Criminal mischief-3800 block of Sylvan Dr

At 0054 hours Officers responded to the 3800 block of Sylvan Dr the report of a theft/criminal mischief that just occurred.  The victim advised a known person had just entered her vehicle and removed property and damaged the interior and exterior of the vehicle.  The suspect fled prior to police arrival and the investigation is ongoing.

Access device fraud-400 block of Marion Rd

At 0900 hours an Officer took a report for access device fraud.  The victim advised her credit card information was used to make several unauthorized purchases online.

Possession of marijuana-3600 block of Concord Rd

At 1130 hours an Officer responded to a business on Concord Rd to take a subject into custody for a warrant.  The subject was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.  Charges to be filed.

Theft-Central York High School, 601 Mundis Mill Rd

At 2038 hours an Officer took a report for a theft of a cell phone that occurred earlier on this date at Central York High School.  The victim had tracked the phone to a location in the Township and called police.  The phone was not located but possible suspect information was obtained.  The investigation is ongoing.

Simple assault-Youth Development Center, 3564 Heindel Rd

At 2105 hours an Officer responded to YDC for an assault report.  Staff members advised they were assaulted by a juvenile resident.  The staff members declined prosecution.

Possession of marijuana/drug paraphernalia-Springettsbury Park

At 2302 hours an Officer located an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of Springettsbury Park.  One occupant of the vehicle was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.   He was taken to Central Booking for an active arrest warrant and charges will be filed.
