On Sunday June 25th STPD Officers handled 26 incidents, investigated 2 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 4 burglar alarms.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

DUI-E Market St and Memory Ln

At 0021 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on Mt Zion Rd after witnessing a violation on E Market St.  The driver of the vehicle was found to be under the influence and she was arrested for DUI.  She was transported to Central Booking where she refused a blood test.  She was processed for her first DUI offense and charges will be filed.

Public drunkenness-E Market St at Innovation Dr

At 0152 hours an Officer located a male staggering in the middle of E Market St.  The male was found to be heavily intoxicated and he was transported to his residence and cited for public drunkenness.

Criminal mischief-1300 block of Canterbury Court

At 0713 hours an Officer responded to a residence on Canterbury Ct for the report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.  The victim advised that someone had tampered with his vehicle overnight.

DUI crash-1900 block of N Sherman St

At 0640 hours an Officer responded to the 1900 block of N Sherman St for an accident report.  A vehicle left the roadway and damaged property at two residences.  The driver of the vehicle was found to be under the influence and he was arrested for DUI.  He was transported to the hospital for a blood test and to Central Booking for processing.  Charges were completed due to this being the suspect’s second DUI offense.

Theft-Galleria Mall, 2899 Whiteford Rd

At 1302 hours an Officer met with the victim for the report of a theft of a cell phone.  The victim advised that her cell phone was stolen from the parking lot.

Criminal mischief-3500 block of Mark Dr

At 1815 hours an Officer met with the victim for the report of criminal mischief at his residence.  The victim advised that sometime in the afternoon hours someone had damaged some of his lawn decorations.
