On Sunday April 2nd STPD Officers handled 15 incidents, investigated 1 motor vehicle accident, and responded to 3 burglar alarms.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

DUI-E Market St at N Hills Rd

At 0129 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on E Market St.  The driver of the vehicle was found to be under the influence and he was arrested for DUI.  The driver was taken to Central Booking for a blood test and processing.  He was charged with his second offense of DUI.

Fleeing and eluding-2500 block of Eastern Blvd

At 0159 hours an Officer attempted to perform a traffic stop on a vehicle that was traveling east in the west bound lanes of Eastern Blvd.  The vehicle fled but was later located by York Area Regional PD and the driver was taken into custody.  Charges to be filed.

Possession of drug paraphernalia/Overdose-Red Lobster, 2555 E Market St

At 1535 Officers responded to Red Lobster for the report of a male who had overdosed in the bathroom.  The male was revived by EMS and drug paraphernalia was located on his person.  Charges will not be filed due to the drug overdose immunity law.
