On Tuesday April 26th, 2016 STPD Officers responded to 32 incidents, investigated 3 crashes and responded to 1 alarm.  In addition, the following crimes were investigated.

Theft-McDonalds, 4015 East Market Street

Police responded to 3860 Sylvan Dr. for a theft report. On scene the victim advised that on 4/25/16 around 1500 hrs. she went to McDonalds, 4015 E. Market St. The victim advised that she sat her wallet on the counter and walked away. She said that when she realized she had left her wallet behind she went back and the wallet was gone.

Scattering Rubbish-1755 Whiteford Road

Police were called to the above location for a report of several tires that had been found dumped to the rear of the complainant’s business.

Retail Theft-Wal-MArt, 2801 East Market Street

Police responded to Walmart, 2801 East Market St. for a retail theft report. Loss prevention advised they had an adult female in custody for retail theft. Loss prevention reported this female stole 6 miscellaneous items valued at $43.25. The female was released from custody and misdemeanor charges will be filed at a later date.

Harassment-3631 Kingston Road

On station Police met with a victim who resides at 3631 Kingston Rd. regarding an assault report. The victim reported that his ex-wife struck him in the chest with a hair brush earlier today.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

On the above date and time Police responded to Walmart for the report of a retail theft. Upon arrival it was determined that a subject left the store without paying for several items. Subject was cited for retail theft and released from the scene.
