Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street
Responded to Walmart, 2801 E. Market St. for a retail theft. Upon my arrival the complainant who advised that she was holding an adult male for stealing merchandise. The male was transported to Central Booking to be arraigned on felony retail theft charges.
