Responded to New Cumberland Federal Credit Union for a Criminal Mischief report. The manager advised she discovered the drive through ATM damaged this morning. It is not know at this time if any money was missing.
Hit and Run- 2670 Industrial Highway
On 1/12/2016 at 1133 hrs, Police responded to the parking lot of the Social Security Office for a hit and run. Upon arrival, the victim advised that her white Nissan Altima had been struck while parked in the parking lot.
Hit and Run-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street
On 1/12/2016 at 1521 hrs, Police responded to Burlington Coat Factory for a hit and run report. The complainant advised that on this date between 1510 hrs and 1521 hrs, his silver Nissan had been struck while parked in the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory.
Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street
On 1/12/2016 at 1350 hrs, Police responded to Walmart for a retail theft. Upon arrival, loss prevention advised that they had a w/f in custody for taking 39 miscellaneous clothing and kitchen aide items valued at $306.09 without paying for them. The female was released with charges to be filed.
Theft by Deception-Boscovs-2899 Whiteford Road
Police responded to Boscov’s for a report of two subjects in custody for a fraudulent return. Upon arrival it was determined the suspects returned an item that was not purchased for a gift card. One suspect had several warrants and she was transported to Central Booking.
